We are partnering with a well-established, innovative company to hire a Senior Software Engineer who will play a key role in building and scaling high-performance applications. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications while taking ownership of complex technical challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive architectural discussions, and mentor junior engineers, contributing to both technical excellence and team growth.
Design and build scalable, high-performance applications using modern technologies (Elixir, TypeScript, Rust)
Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
Optimise system performance and ensure reliability at scale
Develop and manage integrations with third-party APIs and services
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platform
Participate in incident management and on-call rotations
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
Contribute to the design and delivery of new features and products
Implement strong security and data protection standards
5+ years of experience in software development
Experience with Elixir/Erlang, TypeScript, or similar technologies
Strong understanding of API design and testing methodologies
Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, and high-traffic environments
Solid grasp of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, code reviews, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently
Strong communication skills in English
Experience in blockchain and cryptology (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc.)
Familiarity with payment systems (reconciliation, wallet management, etc.)
Background in iGaming
