What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Contribute to the frontend development using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Own product areas from initial concept through deployment and iterative improvements.
- Analyze and optimize application performance and system architecture.
- Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions within the team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
- Proficient in Python and Django, with hands-on experience in production environments.
- Comfortable working with frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and scaling applications on AWS.
- Proven track record of owning features or product areas from design to deployment.
Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
