What You Will Do

• Design and implement full-stack applications using React and TypeScript to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance product functionality.
• Utilize AWS for deploying and managing cloud-based applications, ensuring scalability and security.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews to uphold high standards of quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in software development.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based application deployment.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with security protocols and practices in software development.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks that complement the tech stack.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $180K to $230K, along with equity options between 0.1% and 0.5%. Our client offers a competitive benefits package and a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and professional growth.
