What You Will Do
- Design and implement robust smart contracts using Rust and Solidity to enhance platform functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute high-performance trading algorithms.
- Optimize existing codebase for scalability and efficiency in a high-traffic environment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and security.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in Rust and Solidity, with a proven track record of deploying smart contracts in production.
- Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) applications and an understanding of on-chain trading mechanisms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks within the blockchain ecosystem.

Compensation and Benefits
