What You Will Do
- Design and implement full-stack applications using React and TypeScript to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OpenAI technologies into existing platforms.
- Develop scalable solutions that streamline data workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize Slack for team communication and project management to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Participate in code reviews and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards of quality.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–7 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience in integrating AI technologies into software applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
