What You Will Do

• Design and implement full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, NodeJS, and Express to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market needs.
• Take ownership of projects from conception through to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and performance.
• Develop scalable architectures and robust APIs while maintaining best practices in data modeling and system design.
• Lead initiatives to improve infrastructure and build abstractions that enhance team productivity and product quality.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–10 years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
• Proven ability to contribute to both frontend and backend development, showcasing full-stack versatility.
• Strong track record of shipping impactful features that demonstrate measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.

Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
