What You Will Do

• Take high ownership over critical engineering initiatives, driving projects from conception through production with minimal oversight.
• Architect and ship AI-powered product features that directly impact customer experience outcomes for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to ship impactful work quickly and iteratively.
• Grow, build, and scale the codebase as the product and user base expand rapidly.
• Operate as a technical leader, identifying problems before they escalate and proposing solutions with urgency.
• Contribute meaningfully to engineering culture, technical standards, and team velocity, ensuring every engineer has an outsized impact.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience, with a significant portion spent in high-growth startup environments recognized for elite engineering teams.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact, product-focused initiatives or launching fast-scaling systems.
• Hands-on experience growing and scaling startup codebases through multiple phases of rapid growth.
• Strong expertise in Python and TypeScript/React, with a solid understanding of building scalable systems and shipping production-ready code quickly.

Preferred

• Previous experience as a founding engineer or technical founder is highly preferred, showcasing a deep understanding of building from the ground up.
• Strong product sense and high ownership mentality, comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving environments.
