What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python to support legal research applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions for data processing.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on software development methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2+ years of experience in backend software engineering, specifically with Python.
- Proven track record of developing scalable applications and working with data-intensive systems.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Compensation and Benefits
