We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strongFull‑stack experiencein Java (Spring Boot) and React to design, build, and scale modern cloud‑native applications. Ownership of services end‑to‑end—architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and observability—while mentoring others and driving engineering excellence across the team.

Architecture & Delivery
Design and implement scalable, secure, and observable microservices usingJava 21 and Spring Boot 3.x(Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, AOT where applicable).
Build high‑qualityReact18 + TypeScript frontends using Vite and modern state management (Redux Toolkit/Zustand).
Define and consumeRESTfulAPIs ensure API versioning, documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and backward compatibility.
Drivecloud‑nativepatterns: containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), configuration/secrets, horizontal scaling, health checks, and graceful degradation.
Lead end‑to‑end feature delivery: requirements shaping, solution design, implementation, code reviews, performance tuning, and production rollout.

Required Qualifications

• 7–9years of professional software development experience, with substantial full‑stack delivery.
• Strong in Java 17/21, Spring Boot 3.x (Security, Data, MVC), JPA/Hibernate, and REST API design.
• Advanced React 18 + TypeScript skills, including hooks, performance optimization (memoization, virtualization), and component architecture.
• Hands‑on with cloud platforms (GCP) and Kubernetes; solid Docker fundamentals is an added advantage.
• Proficient writing SQL queries in Oracle Database.
• Solid testing discipline: unit/integration (JUnit5).
• Experience implementing OAuth2/OIDC, secure session management, and addressing OWASP risks.
• Practical observability: logs, metrics, traces and production diagnostics.
• Strong grasp of software architecture (microservices, domain modeling, API versioning, eventual consistency).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Good to have:

• Proven experience scaling payment systems, banking applications, or fintech platforms.
• Experience using software development tools including source control (GitHub), Maven, quality management ( Agile Central), and Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins, XL Release) is a plus.
• Exposure to the payment processing industry with several front end platforms.
• Strong understanding of encryption standards, cryptography basics, and secure coding.
