We are looking for a Senior Software Development Manager who will:
Leads one or more teams, developing operational plans to align with functional strategies and objectives.
Responsible for recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluations of team members
Defines project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Create and manage project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and quality assurance.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the development team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (field not strictly specified, typically in CS/Engineering or related).
Experience: 5 years of increasing managerial experience” for Sr Mgr Software Dev.

Delivery & execution Agile Project Management; Project Management; Risk Management; Quality Assurance; Budget Management
Technical grounding Software Development; Software Testing; Agile Development

Manage multiple related devops teams, ensure teams execute on CSG strategies and objectives.

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$119,837.49-$191,735.98
This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
