Your day-to-day

• 
  Responsible for
  test
  planning, test creation
  , testing a large module or a
  large component and designing
  test
  scenarios for a feature, set of features,
  or whole feature area
• 
  Design and develop features, integration and regression
  tests using industry standard tools
• 
  Participate in
  development
  of scalable and robust
  test
  automation frameworks and scripts
• 
  Design end-to-end
  test
  scenarios to work through limited
  information and vague problem definitions
• 
  Work independently and collaborate with other teams across
  the business/engineering
• 
  Lead
  software
  quality engineering discussions in a
  detailed manner and mentors other quality engineers.
• 
  Other duties as assigned

About You

• 
  5+ years of strong programming and scripting experience
  (Javascript/Typescript/Java preferred)
• 
  3+ years of experience in developing
  test
  framework (from scratch preferred)
• 
  5+ years of experience in designing
  test
  scenarios for end-to-end feature testing
• 
  5+ years of experience in developing
  Test
  Strategy/
  Test
  Plan and other related testing artifacts
• 
  5+ years of experience in API driven Backend testing (in
  microservice based architecture preferred)
• 
  Prior experience in integrating testing artifacts with
  CI/CD pipeline (Git lab/Github/Jenkins/Docker/Kubernetes)
• 
  Able to work under minimal supervision and quick to adopt
  new technologies
• 
  Shares knowledge, power, and credit, establishing trust,
  credibility, and goodwill
• 
  Excellent communication skills and the ability to
  interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
• 
  Strong problem solving abilities and capable of
  articulating specific technical topics or assignments
