We are seeking a resourceful problem solver to join the AI Velocity team in Spain. This role involves designing and deploying platforms, advancing AI initiatives to enhance employee experiences, and working closely with talented AI researchers, engineers, and architects in a dynamic setting.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Researching, implementing, and validating new AI techniques and tools to turn new ideas into production-ready systems.
• Analyzing model performance and optimizing agent behavior to ensure top-tier functionality.
• Designing, developing, maintaining, and deploying a platform for others to deploy their own agents.
• Collaborating closely with AI researchers, engineers, and architects to translate cutting-edge AI research into production.
• Identifying bottlenecks and pain points across the organization, and proposing AI-based solutions to address them.
• Designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks to ensure robust software quality across multiple platforms and environments.

What you'll build

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate experience in Software development, with Python being an absolute must.
• Demonstrate experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and at least one AI framework such as ADK, Langchain/Langraph, or CrewAI.
• Demonstrate expertise with both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Show experience with at least one cloud provider such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, and their related AI solutions like VertexAI.
• Demonstrate experience with our broader tech stack, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CircleCI, Langfuse, and a variety of DBs.
• Apply statistical thinking and an experimental mindset, coupled with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
