Job Description
We seek a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer III to take ownership of complex software development tasks, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
In This Role You Will:
Software Development and Technical Leadership
• Handle advanced problem-solving and task breakdown with minimal supervision
• Design solutions and produce high-quality results
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on modern frameworks and coding standards
Collaboration and Architectural Design
• Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system integration efforts
• Provide input on improving development workflows and engineering processes

Credentials and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to handle complex development tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and design patterns
• Expertise in at least one programming language with working knowledge of a second
• Understanding of version control systems and software development methodologies
• Legal right to work in the United States #LI-remote
The hiring range for this position is between $134,550 - $149,500 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an Annual Bonus.
