About the team
Our team delivers creative experiences that help advertisers achieve better campaign outcomes, while improving publisher long-term monetization. We obsess over TV and display to support brand advertising across Amazon 1P and 3P supply, for all demand programs. Our vision is to help advertisers create personalized, engaging ad experiences with minimal effort. We do this by augmenting and optimizing advertiser provide inputs, to deliver creative experiences tailored to the shopper and publisher context. We leverage GenAI to supplement or enhance creative assets on behalf of advertisers, as well as detect and resolve creative defects. We measure success by advertiser adoption, impression coverage, and performance of our creative solutions.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
