Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our team and take ownership of complex engineering initiatives. The role involves designing and developing software, reviewing and improving existing internal applications, driving DevOps and cloud deployments, and building AI/GenAI-powered applications using technologies such as RAG, vector databases, and LLMs.

The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on engineer who can work independently, make sound technical decisions, and drive projects end-to-end from design through production. You will work across software engineering, cloud/DevOps, and AI to build reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions.

• Own end-to-end engineering projects independently, from requirements and technical design through development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
• Design, develop, and critically review internal applications, ensuring high standards for code quality, architecture, scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Drive DevOps and cloud engineering, including CI/CD, containerization, cloud deployments, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and observability using technologies such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Build AI/GenAI applications using technologies such as LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI APIs to solve real-world engineering and business problems.
• Collaborate and provide technical leadership, including design/code reviews, mentoring, documentation, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve engineering practices and adopt emerging technologies.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable, production-grade software systems.
• Strong proficiency in software architecture, system design, coding, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization, with the ability to critically evaluate existing applications and drive improvements.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and cloud technologies, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, cloud deployments, monitoring, and observability.
• Experience building AI/GenAI applications, with practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and integrating AI capabilities into production applications.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to independently drive projects from concept to production and make sound technical decisions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams, mentoring engineers, documenting technical solutions, and adopting emerging technologies to solve complex problems.
