Job Description

Senior Software Developer

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in enterprise systems.
  • Extensive experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript libraries.
  • Proven track record of leading development teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade software solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and intermediate developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Ensure the technical integrity and scalability of applications through best practices and code reviews.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Implement and advocate for high standards in software engineering practices.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
