As a Senior ERP Software Developer, you’ll tackle some of the most challenging technical puzzles across HR & Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance, and clinical operations. You’ll partner with analysts, vendors, and IS teams to turn big ideas into powerful solutions—designing, coding, and troubleshooting the applications thousands of caregivers rely on every day. In this role, you will leverage Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to build robust data pipelines and integrate complex datasets across the enterprise. You will also harness Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to deliver deep, actionable insights and advanced analytics that drive smarter decision-making. From leading project teams and mentoring peers to optimizing business processes and driving innovation from concept to release, you’ll be at the heart of creating resilient, data-driven systems.
