ADGA is seeking experienced Senior Programmers / Software Developers to lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex software applications and systems.
The successful candidates will bring extensive hands-on software development experience and a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle. Working within multidisciplinary technical teams, they will analyze complex requirements, develop scalable software solutions, resolve technical challenges, contribute to technical decision-making, and ensure software products meet established quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.
This role is suited to senior software professionals who can work independently on complex technical problems while collaborating effectively with system architects, quality assurance specialists, project managers, and other stakeholders. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering reliable, secure, and maintainable software solutions in support of complex technical environments.
