Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Experience: 8–10 Years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design and build high-quality, scalable software solutions. This role requires strong hands-on coding expertise, a solid understanding of software design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions aligned with business and project goals
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices and design patterns
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the team
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while optimizing system performance
• Contribute to technical documentation including design specifications and user guides
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements and innovative solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles
• Experience with software design patterns and scalable architecture
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Start: Immediate to 15 Days

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
