The Development Team at Duett includes members from across Norway and Poland. Despite being in different locations, we work closely together and continuously strive to improve our agile development practices. We collaborate closely with the QA team, UI/UX designers, support and product management.
As a Fullstack Developer at Duett, you'll play a key role in enhancing Duett Økonomi - one of Norway's leading accounting systems. You'll work across the entire development process, from planning and specification to implementation, testing, and maintenance. We follow agile methodologies and collaborate closely across teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions. Our work involves both building new features in a modern tech stack and migrating existing ones to it - so it's important that you enjoy both.
As part of our evolution towards an AI-native engineering model, you will work with GenAI and agentic workflows across the entire development lifecycle. This includes AI-assisted development, automated validation, and contributing to building scalable, high-quality systems where AI is embedded into everyday engineering practices.
Develop software solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Work closely with the QA team, UX/UI designers, and product managers.
Help automate and improve development processes.
Use modern tools, including GenAI, to improve development efficiency and reduce manual work
Join team meetings like daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
Stay updated on new technologies and trends in relevant areas.
Share knowledge and experiences with team members and across different teams.
Support and contribute to the company's agile processes and quality systems.
Higher education in IT, software development, or a related field
4+ years of experience in full-stack development with .NET
Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular
Experience modernizing and updating existing applications
Hands-on experience using GenAI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code in day-to-day development
Experience working with agentic workflows (e.g., AI-assisted issue investigation, automated code changes, or multi-step task execution)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing
Experience integrating external APIs (e.g., Open Banking, KYC, AML)
Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms
