Software Architect - Italy (Remote)
Contract | 3 Months Minimum | Italian & French Speaking
We are seeking an experienced Software Architect on behalf of a global technology services client with a growing presence across European markets. This is a remote contract role open to candidates based anywhere in Italy, with occasional travel to company events fully covered by the client.
The Role
You will serve as a senior technical resource embedded within a client-facing delivery environment, providing architectural leadership across software design, development, and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable operating with autonomy while aligning to broader engineering standards.
Key Requirements
8–10 years of software development and architecture experience
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Solid AWS experience
Fluency in Italian, French, and English
Based in Italy - fully remote with very occasional in-person events (travel and accommodation provided)
Engagement Details
Contract duration: 3 months minimum
Rate: ~ €440–€600 per day
Hours: 40 per week
