The job

As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in developing and integrating our healthcare product, Columna CIS – an advanced Electronic Medical Record system used across Danish hospitals. You’ll be part of a distributed Scrum team working across Aarhus and Bucharest.

In short, you can look forward to:

• Driving complex development tasks within integration and core product development
• Collaborating closely with architects, testers, and developers in a Scrum setup
• Applying healthcare standards such as HL7 FHIR and medical classifications
• Ensuring robust security through authentication, authorization, and secure communication
• Contributing to architectural discussions and technical decision-making

• Oracle PL/SQL, JBoss Enterprise Application Server
• ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, REST, SOAP, JWT

Your qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Software Development or related field
• 4 years+ of experience as a Software Engineer / Full-stack Developer
• Solid experience with Java and FE technologies and integration development
• Strong knowledge of security aspects (authentication, authorization, secure communication)
• Experience with software architecture and distributed systems

• Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to handle complexity and uncertainty in projects
• Pragmatic, results-oriented, and systematic in your approach
  
  

Other requirements:

• Must be able to present a clean criminal record
• Must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years, as we work with security-classified projects
• English proficiency is required; travel days are minimal
