Job Description

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with strong proficiency in React and Angular.
  • Expert-level expertise in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Hands-on experience in building and maintaining component libraries and design systems to ensure UI consistency and scalability.
  • Strong understanding of state management libraries such as Redux, RxJS, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with the latest Angular features, including Signals, Defer Blocks, and Standalone Components, along with the ability to articulate their advantages over legacy patterns.
  • Experience in implementing micro frontends, including handling parcel props and shared state management.
  • Proven experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast, smooth, and scalable applications.
  • Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Karma/Jasmine.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing and cross-browser automation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate Figma designs into reusable UI components or design systems aligned with best practices.
  • Strong commitment to clean code principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and CI/CD integration for front-end workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex front-end features, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Take ownership of front-end code quality by enforcing best practices, including CI/CD integration, code reviews, and secure coding standards.
  • Drive code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and stakeholders to ensure technical direction aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Adopt a consulting mindset by translating technical requirements into business solutions and proposing scalable, efficient approaches.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices.
  • Support the development and enhancement of team processes and workflows to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance technical expertise.
