Senior Software Configuration Lead
Hitachi Rail Australia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Configuration Lead to support major rail programs across NSW, including Sydney Metro West and future national projects. This long-term role will drive technical leadership in software configuration, cloud-native development, and deployment of Hitachi’s Alvea platform and associated business applications.
About the role
In this key technical position, you will lead software configuration, integration, and deployment activities across complex rail programs. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation, minimise reliance on overseas product teams, and help build long-term capability within Australia.
