Our Extended Enterprise team, a part of Cyber and Technology & Transformation at Deloitte, is one of the fastest-growing practices within the firm. We are dedicated to supporting companies in assessing and managing risks associated with IT products and services, guiding them towards risk minimisation while optimising the balance between risk and business performance.

What We Do:

We offer comprehensive operational, strategic, and methodological support aimed at optimising IT asset costs, improving IT governance, and streamlining processes. Leveraging our extensive experience in model implementation and end-to-end managed service technology solutions, we guide companies through their digital transformation journey to achieve critical strategic objectives.

• Design, lead, and manage the transformation of IT organisations, processes, and tools, focusing on managing the lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software, and Cloud, in alignment with enterprises' Digital Transformation and Cloud Journey;
• Utilise and build upon our proprietary framework, developed through years of industry experience and based on international best practices and standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO, FinOps), to deliver exceptional support;
• Apply advanced technologies to analyse and design end-to-end business processes. Identify inefficiencies using quantitative and qualitative techniques, support large-scale data collection, and implement optimal business processes to mitigate identified risks across various domains (operational, legal, reputational, regulatory, economic, etc.);
• Harness the power of Generative AI and data analysis tools to innovate and enhance IT solutions, drive automation, and provide cutting-edge insights for transforming business processes. Explore and experiment with the implementation of advanced data analysis and programming tools to further optimise IT operations.

#AboutYourRole

As a Technology Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients during the management of their IT ecosystems improving their efficiency and maximizing their investments. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.

• Work on Microsoft engagements throughout Europe, the US, the Middle East and Africa
• Be part of and actively contribute in the Deloitte Microsoft Center Of Excellence
• Work together with a team of Software licensing specialists to cover all vendor related licensing matters and project managed SAM engagements to completion:
• Perform risk assessments based on contract terms and conditions
• Extract data and perform data analytics to quantify the financial and operational compliance with the contract
• Prepare all client deliverables such as calculations and reports
• Supporting Microsoft and/or the customer through discussions with relevant stakeholders
• Interact with cross functional teams at clients and manage multiple projects across multiple clients simultaneously
• Identify opportunities for new methodologies or work processes
• Help train and coach more junior team members

#OurRequirements

Let’s talk about you

• Between 2 - 5 years of experience with different Microsoft Volume licensing programs and eager to learn
• You obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science and Information Technology, or have equivalent qualification
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills including the ability to translate technical information to a variety of audiences
• Proven experience with building strong relationships and instilling trust with clients and internal teams
• Enthusiastic team member, who likes working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment where joint efforts result in success
• Willing to travel (5%, mainly throughout the US and EMEA regions)
• Knowledge of English is a must
