Job Title: Software ArchitectJob Role:We are looking for Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of our ITSM based productlineup, similar to industry-leading solutions like ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy etc.. This role demands astrong blend of platform architecture expertise, enterprise integration experience, and strategicthinking to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that transform customer serviceoperations.You will work closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders todefine architectural blueprints, ensure technical excellence, and drive innovation across our platformecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design and Architecture Define the end-to-end architecture for the product platform, including core components Create high-level and detailed design documents, ensuring scalability, security, andextensibility. Define and own the end-to-end architecture for the product platform, ensuring alignment withorganizational goals and technology roadmap. Develop reference architectures, design patterns, and integration frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments. Lead architecture reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor engineering teams on platformdesign principles.Product Development Architect multi-tenant, cloud-native architecture optimized for SaaS delivery. Design workflow automation engine, integration framework, and low-code/no-codecapabilities. Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and security compliance.Platform Expertise Architect solutions for building product platform having deep understanding of casemanagement, knowledge management, workflow automation, and customer engagementmodules. Design multi-tenant, cloud-native architectures that support high availability, scalability, andsecurity. Drive customization strategies, low-code/no-code extensions, and API-first integrations.Integration & Ecosystem Define integration patterns for connecting product with other ( internal/ external) tools andsystems using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures. Ensure seamless interoperability with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprisemiddleware.Governance & Compliance Establish technical governance frameworks, coding standards, and architectural principles. Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industrycertifications.Required SkillEducation: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience: 15 + years in software development and architecture roles. 5+ years of experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow Jira ITSM, Remedy or equivalent).Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of platform architecture, microservices, API design, event-driven systems,and integration patterns. Proficiency in MERN stack and full-stack development for building extensible platformcomponents. Hands-on experience with application security principles, including secure coding practices,identity and access management, data encryption, and compliance with security standards(e.g., OWASP, SOC2). Expertise in designing multi-tenant SaaS architectures with robust data isolation, scalability,and performance optimization.> Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes),and CI/CD pipelines.Soft Skills:> Good communication and leadership skills. >Ability to influence architectural decisions across cross-functional teams.
