At invygo, we are revolutionizing the way people lease cars. As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth across Saudi Arabia by owning invygo’s social presence, building a strong brand voice, and turning content into real customer growth. You will create, shoot, edit, and publish content across TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram to build lasting connections with our audience in the Kingdom.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team where your ideas and contributions will have a direct impact on invygo’s success. We are looking for someone who believes that no idea is too ambitious to pursue, thrives on creating content that people love, and leverages data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver measurable results.

What you will be doing:

• Own invygo’s social media presence in KSA end-to-end, with an Arabic-first voice in Saudi dialect and an English lane for the expat audience
• Concept, shoot, edit, write, and publish short-form video content daily across TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram
• Appear on camera as the face of invygo KSA content, including explainers, street formats, and product walk-throughs
• Build and manage the KSA content calendar around key Saudi moments such as Ramadan, Eid, Founding Day, Saudi National Day, and Riyadh Season
• Create native content for each platform rather than reposting the same content everywhere

Content & Brand Growth

• Localize invygo’s brand content series and create new Saudi-native formats that resonate with the local audience
• Build content formats that respect local privacy norms and cultural nuances
• Ensure all captions, scripts, and briefs are accurate and aligned with our product and legal guidelines
• Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and replies, routing service issues to the CX team quickly

Creators & Performance

• Work closely with our influencer agency and creator roster across Riyadh and Jeddah to brief, direct, and review creator content
• Identify top-performing content and recommend it for paid amplification (TikTok Spark Ads, Snapchat)
• Track and optimize the organic funnel from content to app installs, focusing on qualified traffic rather than vanity metrics
• Analyze content performance and trends to inform future content decisions

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with our shared production team (video, design, motion, and Arabic copy) to deliver high-quality content
• Work alongside the UAE social team on one shared content calendar
• Represent KSA in cross-market planning and share monthly learnings with the wider marketing team

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation, including at least one brand or account managed end-to-end
• A strong portfolio of short-form video content you personally created
• Native Arabic speaker, fluent in Saudi dialect, and confident on camera
• Strong working proficiency in English
• Deep understanding of the Saudi audience and how they use TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram
• Experience working with creators and UGC, with working knowledge of paid social (Spark Ads or whitelisting experience is a plus)
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to read performance metrics and optimize toward business results
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
