
Microsoft Advertising is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to shape how our brand shows up and stands out across social platforms. You’ll turn business priorities, audience insights, and marketing campaigns into organic and paid social programs that earn attention, deepen engagement, and strengthen brand preference.
As the social media subject matter expert, you’ll work across the marketing organization to build channel strategies, content plans, and campaign activations that advance Microsoft Advertising’s business goals. You’ll combine strategic thinking, hands-on content development, performance analysis, and operational rigor to make social media a high-impact, measurable marketing channel.
This role is ideal for a marketer who understands how brands earn attention on social, moves comfortably between strategy and execution, and enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, compelling stories for distinct audiences. You’re energized by a fast-moving environment and bring curiosity about how platforms, formats, and audience behaviors evolve.

Brand IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
