We are looking for a highly creative, strategic and commercially minded Senior Social Media Manager to elevate how Bicester Village shows up on social media globally. This is a high‑impact role shaping our brand presence through compelling storytelling, culturally relevant content and meaningful community engagement, helping us connect with guests and drive growth across markets.
About the role
As Senior Social Media Manager, you will be the owner of Bicester Village’s social channels, responsible for planning, delivering and optimising content across platforms. You will lead creative execution, manage the social calendar and use performance insight to continuously improve results, working closely with teams across the business to deliver best‑in‑class social activity.
