What are you going to do?
As a Senior Social Campaign Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, andoptimizationof paid social campaigns across multiple markets.
You go beyond activation — you connect strategy, creative, data, and platform intelligenceto deliver business impact.
You will:
- Own end-to-end social campaigns, from strategy to execution andoptimization;
- Translate clientobjectivesinto full-funnel social approaches(awareness → consideration → conversion);
- Collaborate closely with clients, creatives, and cross-market teams to ensure integrated delivery;
- Leverage platform capabilities, automation, and AI to drive performance and innovation;
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices, trends, and opportunities;
- You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Core focus areas
Social & Platform Expertise
- Deep understanding of paid social ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.);
- Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, formats, andoptimizationlevers;
- Ability to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes.
Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop full-funnel social strategies aligned with client objectives;
- Oversee campaign setup, audience strategy, and budget allocation;
- Continuouslyoptimisebased on performance, insights, and platform signals.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Analyseperformance data to generate actionable insights;
- Build clear, compelling reports and narratives for stakeholders;
- Drive structured test & learn agendas(creative, audiences, formats).
Creative & Content Excellence
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure platform-native, high-performing content;
- Guide creativeoptimizationbased on data and audiencebehavior;
- Connect paid, organic, and influencer strategies where relevant.
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead client conversations, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations;
- Act as a senior point of contact for socialexpertise;
- Collaborate across teams (strategy, analytics, markets) to ensure alignment.
Innovation & Industry Leadership
- Stay ahead of trends in social, AI, and digital marketing;
- Identifynew opportunities (social commerce, creator economy, automation);
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
Team Leadership
- Support and mentor junior team members;
- Help structure workloads, priorities, and development plans;
- Contribute to broader team initiatives and new business opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Campaign ROI and business impact;
- Engagement and conversion metrics;
- CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate;
- Brand and attention metrics;

Who are you?
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in paidsocial(Meta, TikTok, etc.);
- Strong strategic mindset combined with executional excellence;
- Proven experience in campaign management,optimization, and performance delivery;
- Excellent stakeholder management and client servicing skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment;
- Passion for social media, innovation, and continuous learning.
