Optiveum is currently looking for an experienced

Senior Snowflake Analyst

to join the team of our global client. In this role, you will be responsible for detailing selected IT solution requirements and collaborating closely with architects and business counterparts to deliver high-value solutions. You will act as a key bridge between the business domain and the IT systems supporting it.

Key Details:

• Salary: Up to 135 PLN/h
• Work model: Hybrid (60% in the office)
• Location: Gdańsk (preferred), Gdynia, Warsaw, or Łódź
• Contract: B2B (You will sign the cooperation agreement directly with Optiveum)

Your Responsibilities:

• Eliciting, validating, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Acting as a bridge between business and IT to ensure full alignment and transparency.
• Extracting, analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting data from various sources to support requirements analysis and solution design.
• Creating data mappings and performing gap analysis between "as-is" and "to-be" solutions.
• Analyzing and contributing to IT solution designs, including documenting data flows and describing the targeted IT solutions.
• Creating key artifacts: Documented Solution Requirements (with acceptance criteria), described "to-be" IT solutions, and detailed Solution Design documents.
• Actively participating in team ceremonies, managing stakeholders, and seeking solutions proactively.
• Sharing achievements and challenges openly, while continuously striving for personal and team improvement.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in IT/Data Analysis.
• Strong, hands-on technical expertise in Snowflake.
• Proven skills in Data Analysis, Solution Design, and Data Mapping.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to comfortably operate in an international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
