Senior Sitework Superintendent (North Atlanta, GA)

Lead field operations across multiple turnkey site development projects, overseeing superintendents, foremen, crews, equipment, and daily production. Work closely with project management to maintain safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and budget.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee multiple active sitework projects and coordinate superintendents, foremen, operators, laborers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure work follows project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate safety, progress, productivity, workmanship, and staffing
• Monitor labor productivity, equipment utilization, production goals, and material usage
• Allocate manpower and equipment based on project priorities and field conditions
• Work with project managers on planning, scheduling, cost control, and project execution
• Review job costs, production reports, timecards, equipment hours, and daily field documentation
• Identify and resolve field, staffing, material, and equipment issues before they affect project performance
• Coordinate equipment allocation and maintenance needs with fleet personnel
• Support the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of field employees
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements, conduct site inspections, and participate in incident investigations
• Maintain effective working relationships with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading field operations across multiple grading, underground utility, and turnkey site development projects
• Experience overseeing superintendents, foremen, and field crews
• Strong understanding of sitework sequencing, production planning, equipment utilization, and job-cost control
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, schedules, and production reports
• Working knowledge of heavy equipment capabilities and civil construction operations
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel regularly between projects throughout North Atlanta and the surrounding metro area
