The primary purpose of the Senior Site Supervisor Open Cut is to oversee safe, efficient blasting and charging operations at open-cut mine sites while driving continuous improvement and ensuring full regulatory compliance across all activities.
This role supervises onsite teams and equipment in accordance with service level agreements and corporate standards, implementing advanced blast optimization techniques, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and developing personnel to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Role dependent - technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)
Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)
