As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer - AI Platform, you will help build the foundational technology enabling large-scale adoption of AI and hyper-automation.
You will design platform architectures from scratch, establish technical guardrails, and create secure, scalable systems that empower teams to innovate independently.
The role combines SRE, software engineering, infrastructure, distributed systems, and applied AI in a highly strategic and early-stage environment.
You will tackle complex platform challenges involving reliability, performance, observability, security, and cost management.
Your work will directly influence how AI-powered solutions and automated workflows are developed, deployed, and operated across the organization.
You will have significant autonomy to rethink existing approaches, solve new technical problems, and establish engineering practices for a growing platform.
The position follows a remote-first model, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil, with access to offices or coworking spaces when preferred.
