Job Family Summary:
As a Senior Site Digital Technology Leader, you need a strong technical background and curiosity to solve complex problems and implement solutions in manufacturing and industrial automation. You should be passionate about identifying improvements and integrating technologies to advance Digital Manufacturing with P&G digital platforms and data management. You'll work with a multi-functional team to architect, design, build, and maintain scalable industrial data and digital capabilities. In this role, you'll drive business value creation through P&G digital technologies and platforms, digital operational excellence, and a culture of continuous upskilling to support site Compelling Business Need (CBN).This will bring significant opportunity to drive value to the manufacturing sites.
1. Own the integration of P&G digital technologies and platforms in the site digital master plan
Ensure the master plan includes strategic interventions to drive towards the P&G digital technologies and platforms (as defined at company level) and ideal digital architecture and site infrastructure.
Ensure site expansion projects include the digital scope of the most advanced capabilities at startup.
Drivethe P&G data platforms and architecture choices for the site to reduce touches, transform work processes for sustainable business value including best practices in data asset management, data quality accountability and data flow.
Be a thought leader and collaborate with site and central owners of P&G digital technologies and platforms (e.g. GBS, Corporate PS, Corporate IT) to deliver expected outcomes.
Accountable for regular communications of P&G digital technologies and platforms master plan with key stakeholders.
2. Drive and execute top critical projects required to solve business opportunities for the site
Drive deployment of the integrated P&G digital technologies and platforms.
Accountable to drive Integrated Work System (IWS) digital phase progression requirements.
Be the site project leader for a major P&G digital transformation in the site.
Be active in site loss analysis and touch mapping ensuring digital & data opportunities are assessed.
Enable data flow building and data loss identification. Connect losses to solutions to eliminate and drive site value.
Reflect the full site digital master plan and enabled value in the portfolio tracking tool.
3. Drive digital operational excellence and enable business resilience by eliminating digital systems’ risks
Own completion of IT Continuity Plan (ITCP), in line with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) requirements.
Ensure operating model in place for site digital incident management and in line with company’s change and incident management process.
Support site IT audits to ensure target results.
4. Leverage the site Digital Technologies Organization to drive the site digital culture
Ensure onboarding, capability and qualification of the site Digital Technology Organization (IT Operations, Data Asset Mgmt., and Data Activation Engineer).
Collaborate with the digital team and additional key players inthe space(Cyber Security Leader, Intelligent Controls & Automation Leader, Department E&Is, and other digital roles) to drive site CBN.
Contribute to the digital upskilling program for the site in partnership with the site digital team and IWS leader.
5. Own site IT budget
Alignnew P&G digital platforms & data investments to enable business value, working in partnership with site digital team.
Facilitate discussions with P&G digital technologies and platforms services leaders as needed, to drive awareness of cost drivers and service options.
Prepare and align annual financial budget with site digital leadership.

•Is detail-oriented and analytical in nature, with strong problem-solving skills. Able to use complex data to find opportunities, recognize problems and draw logical conclusions.
•Self-motivated to work with diverse business scenarios, prioritizing multiple priorities and have a business and consultancy mind-set, while technically (data) savvy.
Skills
Leadership: Ability to work independently in a highly matrixed organization, balancing diverse scenarios and priorities with a business mindset, while being technically savvy and passionate about agile, innovative strategy delivery.
IT Operations/Site Reliability Engineering: Solid understanding of ITIL (incident, change, problem management).
ProjectManagement Ability to successfully delivermedium-to-largeprojects with multifunctional teams.
Integrated Risk Management: governance, stewardship and risk management due to IT and data management risks.
Data management: Skills in one or more of the following: Databricks, SQL, KNIME.
Language: Fluent in English.
Preferred:
Demonstrated portfolio management and driving digital interventions to transform and simplify business processes.
Certified in one or more of the following: ITIL Foundation, Agile DevOps, PMP, DAMA.
Experience with industrial IT networks and industrial automation.
Programming knowledge and experience desired, i.e., Python, SQL, etc.
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.

Job Qualifications
A Bachelors or Masters's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant professional experience in respective technical area.
