Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Shop Manager with strong skills and proven experience for a full-time engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our B2B & B2C online shops
• Optimization of the customer journey and conversion rate across all touchpoints
• Management and further development of the online shop
• Optimization of search and ranking mix
• Close collaboration with Marketing, IT, Product Management, and external partners
• Analysis of relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue) and derivation of concrete measures
• Implementation of A/B tests and data-driven optimization measures
• Ensuring a consistent user experience across all markets

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in B2B & B2C e-commerce, ideally as a Shop Manager or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with common tools (e.g. Google Analytics, shop systems, testing tools)
• Strong understanding of customer experience and conversion optimization
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on mentality and independent way of working
• Very good English language skills (German is an advantage)
