Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of steel long products in Australia, they are looking for a Senior Shipping Clerk to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage full set import and export shipping and banking documents including but not limited to commercial invoice, packing list, bill of ladings, LC bank documents and custom declaration documents
• Handle cargo arrangement, order processing, shipment and freight booking, and pre-shipment inspection arrangement
• Liaise closely with freight forwarders and overseas offices ·
• Provide administrative support to Shipping team
• Data entry, filing, and scanning documents
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all documents related to customer orders

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Diploma in Logistics is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in I/E trading
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry into system
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, and being a good team player
