The Background:

For our customer - an EU Institution based in Warsaw - we are looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team in the area of border management - supporting Member States in implementing EU laws and operational measures for border security, migration management, and Schengen cooperation. For this position you must be based or willing to relocate to within 2 hours of Warsaw.

The tasks:

-Designing and developing the system
-Leading development teams
-Translateing requirements into design
-Optimizing software from performance, security and quality points of view
-Producing technical documentation
-Estimating effort and time for development
-Setting software development standards
-Proposing technical solutions for business needs and technical problems
-Collecting and interpreting software metrics
-Managing configuration and releases
-Contributing to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, deployment
-Testing solutions and develops testing tools
-Documenting developments
-Prototypes solutions
-Acting as 2nd and 3rd line support

Requirements

Are you the perfect match?

• University degree (BSc/MSc).

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT

• Minimum 2 years working as a SharePoint Developer

• English level of B2 or higher

• At least 1 intermediate certification in software development relevant to the domain

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Full-stack SharePoint support or developer role (custom solutions development, SDK, workflows, timer jobs, features etc.)

• Microsoft .NET / Microsoft .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server applications development with T-SQL knowledge, Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines

• Experience with Web Services, REST API, HTTP API

• Experience with HTML & CSS – responsive design, JavaScript, TypeScript (good understanding of JS as arrow functions, destructing), React.

• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution

• Expert in developing enterprise level software systems in specified technology domain

• Knows UML and can design applications in UML

• Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer

• Worked in Scrum developments

• Is capable for leading technical teams
