Responsibilities:

• Administer and support SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments.
• 
  Manage, maintain, and optimize SharePoint farms.
• 
  Lead SharePoint migration projects to Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online.
• 
  Design and support hybrid SharePoint architectures.
• 
  Monitor platform performance, availability, and security.
• 
  Troubleshoot complex issues and provide Level 3 support.
• 
  Manage security, permissions, and governance.
• 
  Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams.
• 
  Document platform configurations and technical procedures.
• 
  Contribute to collaboration platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SharePoint administration experience.
• 
  Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019), SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
• 
  Experience delivering SharePoint migration projects.
• 
  Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise production environments.
• 
  Knowledge of SharePoint Farm Administration, Service Applications, Search, User Profiles, Managed Metadata, IIS, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and PowerShell.
• 
  Experience with authentication methods (NTLM, Kerberos, Claims-Based Authentication) and SharePoint security.
• 
  English proficiency (B2/C1).
