Job Description

As a Senior SharePoint Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining SharePoint applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create custom solutions that enhance organizational processes and workflows. The developer should be skilled in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring that SharePoint-based solutions are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Customize SharePoint Solutions: Design, develop, and implement high-quality SharePoint solutions, including websites, applications, and workflows. Customize SharePoint sites to meet the specific needs of the organization.

2. Code and Scripting: Write and modify code for SharePoint applications using languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Develop and integrate APIs as needed.

3. Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites and applications.

4. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with business analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

5. User Experience and Design: Focus on user experience and design, ensuring that SharePoint sites are intuitive and user-friendly.

6. Best Practices and Standards: Follow best practices in SharePoint development and stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SharePoint technology.

7. Testing and Documentation: Conduct thorough testing of SharePoint applications to ensure functionality and performance. Document the development process and create user manuals.

8. Training and User Adoption: Assist in training end-users and promoting the adoption of SharePoint solutions within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.

- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, and CSS.

- Familiarity with Nintex and Power Automate.

- Experience with building custom solutions for SharePoint Online using SharePoint Framework and PowerApps is a great plus.

- Experience with front-end frameworks and tools like React or Angular is a plus.

- Familiarity with SQL Server and database management.

- Familiarity with SharePoint Administration and PowerShell scripting.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
