Our client is an Asian financial services group, providing a wide range of financial advisory and stockbroking services to their clients throughout the Asia Pacific Region, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy: 

Senior Settlement Officer/ Settlement Officer / Clerk

• Supervise daily operation of settlement activities for local and global equities.
• Ensure all trade processing and clearing activities are done timely and accurately.
• Monitor other tasks such as trade matching, corporate action, day-end reports.
• Follow up with other brokers on any settlement related issues.
• Work closely with Compliance Dept to ensure all procedures comply with the Company’s policies and guidelines.
• Review and update the Operation Manual, procedures and work flow.
• Participate in any other ad hoc projects such as UAT, system migration.

• Diploma or above.
• For settlement officer, at least 2-3 years of settlement experience in HK stocks market and/or overseas markets. Less experience may be considered for settlement clerk.
• Good understanding of securities products.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Mature and able to maintain presence of mind under a heavy workload.
• Excellent communication skills.
