As a Senior Services Staff Manager within our Grid Service Delivery Team, you will play a crucial role in steering sustained customer success and growth throughout the post-sales project lifecycle. Your diverse expertise will be applied across training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy—all with a robust digital focus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leadership and Mentorship

  • Overseeing a moderately sized cross functional team, ensuring harmony across personalities and skillsets.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensus.
  • Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
  • Through the lens of one team, coordinating cross functionally between Delivery, Support, Product, Engineering with a one team mindset.

Project Lifecycle Ownership

  • Contribute to the implementation of MES (Multi-Energy-Systems) solutions using our Software Suite.
  • Own technical deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects stay on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.
  • Engage in all phases of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality.

Client Collaboration

  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored strategies through site assessments.
  • Make standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing, and uploads to customers during the implementation process.
  • Ensure go-live readiness and provide support, including post-live checkups, to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Best Practice and Quality Assurance

  • Develop specialized knowledge in your discipline and serve as a best practice/quality resource.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technical developments in your area and contribute to strategy and policy development.
  • Ensure delivery excellence within your area of responsibility.
  • Market Awareness and Integration:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of best practices and understand how your area integrates with others.
  • Have a working knowledge of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Decision-Making and Problem solving

  • Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
  • Take a new perspective on existing solutions and use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
  • Utilize multiple internal and limited external sources outside of your own function to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 8+ years of experience in a power system/software delivery function.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Candidates who apply for this position must be willing to work in a hybrid model, requiring them to be present in the office for 3 days a week at one of the GEV Hubs located in the areas listed in the job posting.
  • Eligible candidates must be able to work in the US, without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $122,400.00 and $183,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
