Together, we are backed by the global strength of the ACS Group, one of the world's leading data centre construction organisationsThe OpportunityAs Senior Services Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination and execution of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services across major mission-critical projects.You will be responsible for driving delivery excellence from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, integrated systems testing and final handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and commissioning teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end building services delivery across complex data centre projectsDrive design coordination, construction planning, commissioning readiness and operational handoverManage critical interfaces across electrical, mechanical, ICT, ELV, fire, BMS and control systemsLead stakeholder engagement across clients, consultants, subcontractors and commissioning teamsEnsure excellence in safety, quality, programme and commercial performanceChampion structured completion processes including testing, commissioning, asset data and operational readinessAbout YouWe're seeking a leader with proven experience delivering mission-critical environments and complex building services packages.You will bring:Significant experience as a Services Manager, MEP Manager or similar leadership roleStrong data centre and mission-critical project experienceKnowledge of critical systems including UPS, generators, cooling systems, BMS and fire systemsStrong commercial, planning and stakeholder management capabilitiesRelevant engineering, building services or trade qualificationsCareer Growth & Long-Term PipelineThis is more than a project role.Australia's investment in AI infrastructure, cloud computing and digital connectivity is driving an unprecedented pipeline of hyperscale data centre developments.
