About the role

The purpose of the Senior ServiceNow Engineer position is to Configure, Support and Maintain the ServiceNow Instances on behalf of Lifeblood.

This role will work closely with all Service Managers, Service Owners, Program/Project Managers, IT Operations, Customer, Manufacturing, Data Engineering & Cloud Enablement and Vendors with the primary focus on Configuring, Supporting and Maintaining ServiceNow within the Lifeblood Environment.

Sound interesting? As Senior ServiceNow Engineer you will:

  • Have 5+ years experience in similar position
  • Have experience in the following modules of ServiceNow: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • Have ITILv4 foundations certification and be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Identify areas of process improvement and automation (efficiency and effectiveness), and recommend solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks.
  • Implement and deliver solutions, addressing requirements that consider process design and ServiceNow technical best practice standards.
  • Provide hands-on technical delivery (including development, testing and implementation) of cost-effective ServiceNow solution using several technical skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (wen services, SOAP, email, MID, etc)
  • Ensure technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes
  • Organise and prioritise development effort, interfacing with vendors and management, and coordinating your teams’ contribution to deliverables. You will also review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
  • Assist in the uplifting of staff capability through mentoring, feedback, and support of other employees

This is a permanent role reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This role is hybrid, rotating between working from home and our Processing Centre. Melbourne location preferred but could be flexible for the right candidate.
