About the role
The purpose of the Senior ServiceNow Engineer position is to Configure, Support and Maintain the ServiceNow Instances on behalf of Lifeblood.
This role will work closely with all Service Managers, Service Owners, Program/Project Managers, IT Operations, Customer, Manufacturing, Data Engineering & Cloud Enablement and Vendors with the primary focus on Configuring, Supporting and Maintaining ServiceNow within the Lifeblood Environment.

This is a permanent role reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This role is hybrid, rotating between working from home and our Processing Centre.
