The ServiceNow Team is responsible for the development, support, and continuous improvement of Thales Australia's ServiceNow platform. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be a key contributor to our ServiceNow roadmap, helping drive the expansion and maturity of our platform across IT Service Management (ITSM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) capabilities. Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and service owners, you will design, develop, and optimise solutions that enhance service delivery, automate processes, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
