Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow-based Compliance solutions using IRM modules
• 
  Configure and extend IRM components, including compliance cases, policies, controls, assessments, and attestations
• 
  Develop and optimize workflows, approvals, and notifications using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflows
• 
  Implement secure role-based access controls and ensure compliance with governance and segregation of duties requirements
• 
  Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting capabilities to support compliance monitoring and operational visibility
• 
  Configure data models, UI policies, business rules, and platform integrations
• 
  Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and support knowledge transfer activities
• 
  Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and technical teams in an agile delivery environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• 
  Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, UI policies, business rules, and platform configuration
• 
  Experience with ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules is highly preferred
• 
  Solid experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Employee Centre
• 
  Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into technical solutions and user stories
• 
  Strong understanding of security best practices and role-based access management
• 
  Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, collaborative mindset
