Join our HR Technology team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer and play a key role in transforming the colleague experience across Barclays. In this role, you’ll design and deliver high impact ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, working closely with HR and Technology stakeholders to shape architecture, drive agile delivery, and integrate with platforms such as Workday and the Microsoft ecosystem. Combining hands on development with technical leadership, you’ll help set standards, improve performance and security, and deliver innovative solutions at scale, making this an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about modern HR platforms and meaningful enterprise transformation.
To be successful as a Senior ServiceNow Developer - 12 Months Full Time Contract, you should have experience with:
Architecting and implementing ServiceNow platform and HR Service Delivery solutions at enterprise scale.
Implementing NowAssist for Generative and Agentic AI use cases.
Supporting infrastructure such as Workday, Entra, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Copilot) at a working knowledge level.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience designing conversational interfaces with Copilot.
Experience working with zero copy data architectures.
Experience designing and implementing end to end use cases with Workday.

This role will be based in either our Glasgow or Northampton office
