For our client, we are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant in India (remote).

IF YOU ARE

  • A professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Experienced with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and its implementation in enterprise environments
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
  • Experienced as a ServiceNow Consultant, Solution Designer, or similar client-facing role
  • Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and advising them on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
  • Knowledgeable in ServiceNow platform architecture and platform standards
  • Experienced with Domain Separation and working with multi-tenant environments
  • Skilled in consulting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments and distributed teams
  • Familiar with ServiceNow Security Operations or other ServiceNow modules
  • Holding ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD or other platform certifications
  • Experienced in large-scale enterprise implementations of ServiceNow solutions

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Act as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert advising clients on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow architecture and configurations
  • Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders and clients on ServiceNow capabilities and platform evolution
  • Design solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
  • Support end-to-end project delivery including workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and client stakeholders across delivery teams
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and teams
  • Contribute to continuous platform improvement, innovation, and reusable solution development
  • Support and design solutions for multi-tenant environments using Domain Separation

  • Formal Interviews: On-site discussions with the hiring manager or project team, with feedback provided within 1-2 weeks.
  • Offer and Onboarding: Successful candidates receive a formal offer and begin a structured onboarding process.
