• Share your wisdom, provide expert training, and offer unwavering support to Service Technicians!

• You are the Property Inspector!
• Take charge of maintaining the community's overall appearance, ensuring that common areas and amenities are irresistibly inviting!
• Conduct routine inspections and take a proactive approach to maintain a safe, comfortable, and worry-free environment for everyone!

Requirements

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

• 3-4 years of experience in apartment home repair, with advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications are required.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and a positive resident experience focused mentality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call for emergencies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
