We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team, specializing in the maintenance and servicing of compressed air systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing equipment overhauls, troubleshooting, and commissioning of air compressors, air dryers, and related components. This role also involves client engagement, including monitoring equipment usage, preparing quotations, and managing service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills

• Perform maintenance and overhaul of compressed air system equipment, such as air compressor, air dryer, and components.

• Troubleshoot compressed air system equipment, including air compressors, air dryers, and components.

• Perform start-up and commissioning of compressed air system equipment, such as air compressors, air dryers, and components.

• Perform tasks assigned by supervisors as and when required.

Client Management

• Monitor the existing client base on compressor running hours and provide recommendations.

• Prepare quotations for clients.

• Prepare and guide new or renewals of service contracts.

Qualifications:

• ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Servicing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or higher, or in other related disciplines.

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

• Able to work independently, self-motivated, in a machine room environment.

• Good communication skills.

• Perform maintenance activities during off-normal working hours/weekends as and when required.

• Class 3 driving license required so that the selected candidate can drive the company’s vehicle for tasks at clients’ premises.
